Shipping within the United States

Orders within the United States are usually shipped via the US Postal Service within 3-5 business days.

We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.

For credit card fraud protection for both our customers and Gwagen Preserve, please note that we can only ship to your credit card billing address.

Gwagen Preserve cannot ship to Post Office boxes or the shipping offices of UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

If you have a PO box for mail, please indicate the number but also you must include your physical / street address!!

Large or Heavy items listed in our online store require customized shipping quotes.

International shipping

For orders shipped outside of the United States please contact us prior to placing your order.

A Gwagen Preserve team member will reply and assist you to find the most effective, timely shipping service.

Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment.

All payments are made in US Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes.

The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities.

Please check your country's import and taxation policies before ordering.
